SASA March Cocktail –Asian Pear


The Asian Pear martini is definitely a favorite at SASA!  It is made with Pear Vodka, Pear Puree, Plum Wine and Hana-Awaka Sparkling Sake.

Hana-Awaka Sparkling Sake was the inspiration for this cocktail.  The Pear Puree is created by poaching Pears with Plum Wine and Port.  Traditional Plum Wine is added to create the perfect blend of sweetness.

This February we kick off our Sake Tasting Dinners at SASA.  What better cocktail to feature:  Coconut Saketini!  This drink is definitely a favorite on SASA's list.  With a sweet and tart combination of coconut and nigori sake, it takes you to the tropics with a stop in Tokyo with one sip!   
The Coconut Saketini is made with Coconut rum, nigori sake, lemon, lime & pineapple juices & toasted coconut.  Enjoy it on your next visit to SASA!
