SASA March Cocktail –Asian Pear
The Asian Pear martini is definitely a favorite at SASA! It is made with Pear Vodka, Pear Puree, Plum Wine and Hana-Awaka Sparkling Sake.
Hana-Awaka Sparkling Sake was the inspiration for this cocktail. The Pear Puree is created by poaching Pears with Plum Wine and Port. Traditional Plum Wine is added to create the perfect blend of sweetness.
